If you click "get exact phrase count" it will give you the number of searches for the exact phrase for the month. Now this will give you a better idea of your competition for this phrase.
At the end of the line you will see in blue "Get SOC" this will give you the strength of your competition for this key phrase. So you can actually see all of the information that you need to base a niche around for a certain key phrase.
